Contemporary Sunday Morning Multi-Sensory Worship
8:30am & 9:45am
The Ronald A. Waite Worship Center
Our multi-sensory services uses contemporary Christian and secular music, graphics, drama, interviews and movie clips to develop the theme and enhance the worship experience. In both of our styles of services, Biblical-related sermons relating to real life experiences and congregational & group singing take place in a setting that promotes the feeling of a special community, our church.
Sunday Morning Traditional Worship
11:00am
The Good Shepherd Sanctuary
Worship is the central act in the lives of Christians. At Good Shepherd we desire to worship “in spirit and in truth,” to share the gospel in ways that touch the lives of worshipers, and to bring them into fuller relationship with God.
This is accomplished through sermons relating to real life struggles with lively and inspirational music. Children’s moments are included in the Family Worship Service on the 2nd Sunday of each month. There is a feeling of special community and fellowship.
The service includes traditional hymns with organ or piano accompaniment, pastoral and silent prayer, confession of faith, Scripture readings, and special music by ensemble, soloist or choir.
Church School (Sunday School) – Please contact our Director of Children and Family Ministries June Rose for information at jrose@umcogs.org.

Volunteer teachers and leaders lead class members into areas of discovery, examination of personal faith and discussions of contemporary issues.
