Contemporary Worship

We’ve been sharing this past month in our Sunday messages about “Who” we are in community and ministry. There are so many opportunities and variety of ways you can serve or be a part of the many different ministry teams here at Good Shepherd.

Just a few are some very vital teams that prepare for and participate in the 8:30AM and 9:45AM worship services each week.

If you’ve been wondering how it all comes together we would welcome you to think about becoming involved in the many arms of this ministry. It’s not only the band and the singers or the host that you see up front or the greeters at the doors; we have folks behind the scenes (that if they weren’t there on a Sunday morning you would know it) who tend to the sound, lighting, graphics, cameras and Power point throughout the services each week.

These groups of people have been so very faithful over the years and would welcome a few extra hands to fill in now and again. They are willing to help you understand how things work and learn the routine.

Please pray about how you can become involved and be a part of the worship teams for Contemporary Worship. We aren’t asking for a weekly commitment only what you are able to offer. Taking a Sunday now and then is a break for someone else.

If you are interested, please, see Mary Smith [] and she will share what information with you she can and then direct you to the team you would like to serve with!
